Extended Martial Law in Mindanao President Duterte declared last May 2017 and extended it until the end of 2018. The Congress approve the request and the extension on Martial Law is success. The Martial Law in Mindanao was announce because of some terrorist named ” Maute Group” terrified the communities of Marawi City.

Martial Law in Mindanao can be count as a pros because it gives the possibility to avoid traumatize incident to the people. Hindered some terrorist to regroup or to increase their members and recruit some of people to join their group. It also, secures the community if a surprise attack will come .

Provides the community a safety and peaceful living. With that we can go outside without fear because of some militaries scattered around guarding the civilians and the City. The people and the communities of Marawi may have the trauma because of what happened, and even the people in Mindanao, far or neighboring cities are in fear because of the accident

The cons of the extension of Martial Law is the whole Mindanao especially Marawi City can be a ghost place, not that literally, but because of the instated law, all are in limits and people fear to go out and wander. Most cities have their checkpoints and can waste more time traveling, and you must bring some verified Identification Card that proves that you are not one of the terrorist Innocent children, as reported, are trained of those hidden terrorist groups to be equipped in fire arms and make them ready to battle field.

Except to the point that gives fear to the people, cetizens thinks and feared that the instated Law can be like that worst, bloodshed Martial Law happened during the presidency of Marcos
